Winds of Change

On February 12, 2010 I sat at my desk to take a break from my daily routine when I heard the words "Change is coming to the Body of Christ, Helter Skelter change".  Helter Skelter is not a term I would think, or use therefore, I went digging, and in the Dictionary I found the significant meaning to the word Helter Skelter.

The Dictionary term of Helter Skelter means:  in haste and confusion; in a disorderly, hurried manner

The word of knowledge given to me on February 12, was confirmation, I have felt along with many others that the winds of change are blowing within the body of believers.  This Helter Skelter change will give us no time to organize, or prepare it is just going to suddenly happen, for those who like to have everything planned out this will be very difficult to adjust to, but for those who are more spontaneous like myself it's a challenge.

The Body of Christ is already starting to witness individuals beginning to uproot from one location to the next, this will accelerate.  I have witnessed the changing of Sheppard's, and this too will increase, we will see the changing of the guard, along with others who will be let out of captivity to open new ground in ministry. These changes within the body once implemented will be unconventional, not traditional which will bring about more change.

I know the Bible tells us that God is not a God of disorder.

For God is not a God of disorder but of peace. As in all the congregations of the saints. 1Corinthians 14:33

However,  the Lord can move at an accelerated speed, a hurried pace, in haste that can cause disorder leaving  you dazed, and confused at how fast He moved you to point A to point B, yes, the Lord can leave you scratching your head saying "what happened", or "how did I get here"?

Maybe you're wondering to yourself who in the Bible had a Helter Skelter experience, I am sure most of them,  nevertheless, the one I think about is Jonah, in my book "Washed White and the Seven Spirits of God", I wrote about how Jonah was accelerated to his destination.   Jonah fits the description of a Helter Skelter experience, Jonah was swallowed by a big fish in haste, and was hurled on shore in a disorderly, and hurried manner leaving Jonah certainly confused, all to prepare, for the Lord's assignment- Nineveh. I'm not saying you're going to be swallowed by a big fish; I am saying that the wind of change is upon us, and Helter Skelter change is inevitable when it is ordered by the Lord.

The ones experiencing the Helter Skelter moment are holding on, as they are being uprooted, and replanted to prepare for their end time assignments.

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; Ecclesiastes 3:2  American Standard Version

Blessings,
